Qonvo ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Digiwares. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service:

• Display name you choose when joining a room
• Messages you send in rooms
• Room metadata (creation time, expiry, plan type)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe - we never see your card details)
• Basic analytics via Google Analytics (page views, anonymized usage patterns)

How we use your data

• To provide real-time chat and graph visualization
• To generate AI summaries when you request them
• To process payments for paid room plans
• To improve the service based on anonymized usage patterns

Data retention

Free room data (messages, graph, metadata) is automatically deleted when the room expires - typically 3 hours after creation. We do not retain copies of expired room data.

Paid room data is retained for the duration of the plan (7 days, 30 days, or indefinitely for lifetime plans). When a paid room expires, all data is permanently deleted.

AI summaries

When you click the Summarize button, your room's messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate a summary. This happens only on your explicit request. We do not automatically analyze or monitor conversations. Anthropic's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy.

Third-party services

• Stripe - payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Upstash Redis - temporary data storage for free rooms.
• Anthropic Claude - AI summary generation on request.
• Google Analytics - anonymized usage analytics.
• Railway - server hosting.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for analytics (Google Analytics). We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or profiling. No personal data is stored in cookies.

Your rights

You can:

• Export your room data at any time (JSON, PDF, or PNG)
• Let your room expire to have all data automatically deleted
• Contact us to request deletion of paid room data

Children's privacy

Qonvo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
