Terms of Service

By using Qonvo ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Qonvo is operated by Digiwares.

1. The service

Qonvo is a real-time group chat platform with conversation graph visualization. You can create rooms, send messages, and share room links with others. No account registration is required.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Qonvo to:

• Send illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing content
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing links
• Impersonate other people or organizations
• Attempt to access rooms you are not authorized to join
• Interfere with the service's operation or other users' experience
• Use automated scripts or bots without permission

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access for violations of these terms.

3. Rooms and data

Free rooms expire 3 hours after creation. All data in expired rooms is permanently deleted. You are responsible for exporting any data you want to keep before a room expires.

Paid rooms persist for the duration of the selected plan. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

4. Payments

Paid room plans are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. All sales are final, except:

• You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase
• If the service experiences an outage that makes your paid room unusable for a significant portion of its duration

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the messages and content you post in Qonvo rooms. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content as needed to provide the service (including AI summaries when you request them).

6. AI summaries

AI summaries are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI. Summaries are provided "as is" and may not perfectly represent the conversation. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated summaries.

7. Privacy

Your use of Qonvo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Limitation of liability

Qonvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
